Single Hop Pale Ale with Ariana German hops.

A 5.5% unfiltered, dry-hopped Pale Ale. This is a single-hop beer, made with a brand new - and a little bit rare - full of bursting flavor German, hop called "Ariana". Ariana is an awesome hop for dry-hopping, where its tropical fruit and citrus flavour really starts to pop on the palate and on the nose. We kept the bitterness low at 35 IBUs, and also dialed back the crystal malts to avoid the cloying sweetness of some IPAs and Pale Ales. Juicy going in, this beer will still finish dry, with a slight hint of bready maltiness. The beer is simply called Ariana Pale Ale.
